Chinee Skin Care Co., Ltd. applies a structured quality assurance approach throughout material receiving, formulation, production, filling, packaging, and shipment. Our controls are designed to support consistent quality across facial cleansers, toners, serums, creams, moisturizers, masks, sunscreens, acne treatment products, anti-aging and brightening skincare, eye and lip care, hand and foot care, body lotions, scrubs, exfoliating products, and organic skincare formulations. Inspection requirements are established according to the product specification, formulation characteristics, packaging format, and customer-approved standards.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials and packaging components are checked before they are released for production. Our team reviews supplier documentation and verifies materials against relevant purchasing and product requirements. Materials that do not meet the applicable criteria are identified and controlled to prevent unintended use.

• Ingredients: Appearance, odor, identification information, batch documentation, and other specification-related parameters are reviewed as applicable.
• Primary packaging: Bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, caps, and seals are checked for cleanliness, dimensions, appearance, fit, and functional performance.
• Printed materials: Labels, cartons, and inserts are compared with approved artwork for text, color, barcode, batch coding area, and regulatory information provided for the order.
• Material status control: Accepted, pending, and nonconforming materials are managed through defined identification and storage practices.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production follows documented formulas, processing instructions, and internal inspection standards. Key stages are monitored to help maintain batch consistency and reduce variation. Depending on the formulation, controls may include ingredient weighing, addition sequence, mixing time, processing temperature, homogenization, cooling, and bulk product holding conditions.

• Batch verification: Materials, quantities, processing steps, and production records are checked against the authorized manufacturing instructions.
• Process monitoring: Appearance, color, odor, texture, pH, viscosity, and other relevant characteristics may be evaluated at designated stages, subject to product specifications.
• Filling control: Fill weight or volume, closure application, seal condition, and container cleanliness are checked during filling and assembly.
• Hygiene controls: Equipment, utensils, production areas, and handling procedures are managed according to established cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Traceability: Batch and material information is recorded to support production review and issue investigation.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished skincare products are evaluated before release to confirm that they conform to the approved product and packaging specifications. Inspection criteria are selected according to the product type and intended use. For example, a face serum may require checks for clarity, viscosity, dispensing performance, and leakage, while a body scrub or exfoliating product may require evaluation of texture, particle distribution, and container compatibility.

• Product characteristics: Appearance, color, odor, texture, pH, viscosity, and net content are checked where relevant.
• Packaging function: Pumps, sprayers, droppers, caps, tubes, seals, and applicators are reviewed for proper operation and secure closure.
• Visual condition: Products are inspected for leakage, contamination, deformation, scratches, incorrect assembly, or other visible defects.
• Label accuracy: Product name, ingredient information, usage instructions, warnings, batch details, and customer-specific content are compared with approved files.
• Additional evaluation: Microbiological, stability, compatibility, or other testing may be arranged when required by the product specification, market requirements, or agreed quality plan.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is reviewed not only for presentation but also for protection during storage and international transportation. Before shipment, Chinee Skin Care Co., Ltd. verifies that the products, quantities, packaging configuration, shipping marks, and order details correspond to the approved requirements.

• Retail packaging: Cartons, labels, seals, and inserts are checked for correct placement, legibility, and overall condition.
• Export cartons: Carton strength, packing arrangement, internal protection, carton count, and shipping marks are reviewed as applicable.
• Product identification: Batch codes and other required traceability information are checked for presence and readability.
• Order verification: Product variants, packaging versions, quantities, and customer-requested details are confirmed against the shipment documentation.
• Shipment readiness: Packed goods are visually checked for damage, moisture exposure, contamination, or other conditions that could affect delivery quality.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

Quality management continues after delivery. Customer feedback, inspection findings, production deviations, and packaging concerns are documented and reviewed by the relevant teams. When an issue is identified, we assess available batch records, material information, retained references where applicable, and inspection results to determine the likely cause.

Corrective and preventive actions may include updates to material controls, processing parameters, inspection criteria, work instructions, packaging methods, or supplier communication. The effectiveness of the selected action is reviewed according to the nature of the issue.
